Frank Harlan is known throughout the United States for creating world class comical characters and award winning productions for television and special interest. He is a multi-skilled entertainer and entertainment producer whose creative assets include insightful perspective, rapid-fire quick wit and extensive talent resources.

Frank performs as dozens of wonderfully engaging comical characters that include InfoMan, East Coast Frankie, Chef Pooh Belle, Loco Gigante (Mexican wrestler), Sammy the Shyster (toothbrush vendor), G’nite Guy, Bobby D’Bounca, Hip Santa and the Holiday Toy Soldier. He is also one of the most requested Master of Ceremonies for events hosted in Seattle.

Won Israel is recognized internationally for is visual performance style. Simply put, he is an amazing physical comedian. Won has traveled and toured the world performing his unique style of comedy entertainment. His originality and comedic shtick is always welcomed with laughter and applause!

Won brings his many personas to life with aptitude and charismatic charm. His roster of comical characters include Buffo the Euro-style clown, Comedy Waiter, Li’l Buddy the Mini Security Guard, Old Man Walking, Telegram Sam, Man on the Street, The Goddess, Life Guard of the Party, Swami Anon and the Head Elf from the North Pole.

In addition to dozens of solo characters, Frank and Won also perform several duo concepts that include their popular Safari Expedition Team, Holiday Elf and Toy Soldier and The Gorilla Clean-up Crew.

Act One & Act Two are integrated into your cocktail reception and the dinner hour when Frank and Won are covertly set free amongst the guests to mix & mingle, break-the-ice and set a lighthearted mood. Laughs, giggles and chuckles of delight always ensue.

Act Three takes place on the stage and features The Dynamic Duo's "Bits and Pieces" Variety Show, something they like to think of as Modern Day Vaudeville or Black Box Theater. This custom tailored program will be based on your event’s unique venue and the overall program agenda (i.e. service award, employee recognition, etc.).

The "Bits & Pieces" variety show can be served with dessert or follow a service awards program. To top off the evening, Frank and Won are masters at presenting raffles and turn a calling a simple series of numbers into a laugh out loud performance.

The Dynamic Duo's after dinner show can easily be broken into short performances and sketch comedy bits that can be scattered and presented throughout your evening's program and/or incorporated into an Service Award Banquet. As with every production, the goal and intention is to create a memorable performance packed full of lighthearted “adult friendly” and “corporate-safe” entertainment that is intelligent and unpredictable!
